Talk to all participants anonymously, or engage one-to-one transparently between the RFQ and Quote owner
We are excited to announce the introduction of chat communications directly on the RFQ platform. Two distinct types of chat are available:
- RFQ Chat: Allows all participants to communicate with one another, with names kept anonymous.
- Quote Chat: This private chat facilitates direct communication between the RFQ owner and the Quote owner. Full names are visible.
RFQ Chat: Chat with All participants (anonymously)
This chat feature is primarily designed for the RFQ Owner to communicate important updates and information to all participants after the RFQ has been established. Additionally, it serves as a platform for raising questions that may be relevant to everyone involved in the RFQ process. Please refrain from using this chat for advertising or self-promotion.
Recipients will be alerted immediately on the Live feed if online, or else also via email. Full history of all messages are available and you can find the messages on the RFQ and in the full Messages overview: https://app.greenpowerhub.com/messaging
Participant names are kept anonymous; however the RFQ Owner will be identified as "RFQ Owner". Your messages shows as "Me," but will remain anonymized for other participants.

Quote Chat: Talk directly with Quote/RFQ Owner
When a quote has been sent both parties can engage in a direct chat regarding the quote and rfq.
The chat is personal and full names are displayed.

Colleagues can easily be added to the conversation by pressing the add person button:

You can find all RFQ and Quote chats under the Messages overview page: https://app.greenpowerhub.com/messaging
Here you can filter to only show RFQ chats, as well as use the search field to quickly find the correct chat.
When searching you can use the RFQ Title, it is used as the chat thread name and is consistent across emails, chats, rfqs and invitations.
You will also find the chats directly under the RFQ itself.
