Release Notes - February 2026 - Frontend
This release cycle focused on three major themes: modernizing the platform's look and feel, improving the trading workflow (particularly delivery, payment, and RFQ handling), and upgrading the underlying technology for better performance and reliability.
What's New & Improved
Request for Quote (RFQ)
- Redesigned RFQ detail view — The single RFQ view now has a cleaner layout with collapsible sections for chat, participants, company info, and contact details, making it easier to focus on what matters.
- Better quote handling — Price quoting is now shown contextually depending on where you are in the process, with improved styling and layout.
- Smarter opportunity lists — Historical and quoted opportunities are now loaded more efficiently, and the status filters work more reliably when navigating between views.
Delivery & Payment Handling
- Pre-delivery days — You can now specify pre-delivery days when creating or editing interests, giving more flexibility in delivery scheduling.
- Improved payment date display — Payment dates are now displayed more clearly across trades, summaries, and interest views, distinguishing between delivery-based and trade-based payment timing.
- Special delivery improvements — Better handling of spot delivery dates and special delivery scenarios, with clearer messaging about delivery timelines.
Asset Management & Publishing
- Publish Asset form — New workflow for publishing assets, including additional fields for currency choice and improved form handling.
- Map location editing — Fixed issues where dragging a pin on the map only worked once. Multiple location edits now work correctly.
- Correct technology assignment — When creating assets, the technology type (e.g., wind, solar) is now set correctly based on your selection.
- Plant details — Improved layout and alignment of plant details and listing views.
Freemium Experience
- Auto-select first asset — Freemium users now automatically see their first asset selected, reducing a confusing extra step.
- Track & Trade promotion — Freemium users see a clear prompt about Track & Trade capabilities beneath their asset view.
Admin & User Management
- Show/hide deleted users — Admins can now toggle visibility of deleted users in the company users view.
- Better user list interface — The admin users pages have been refreshed with clearer status indicators and improved layout.
- Request for price email — Added the ability to send price request emails from the asset purchase page.
Trading Improvements
- Reactivate to open interest — You can now reactivate items back to open interest status.
- Tags and comments — The tag and comment input area is now expandable, making it easier to add longer notes.
- Deal status descriptions — Clearer status labels throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Payment day fix — Fixed an issue where posting a special order could unintentionally change the payment day.
Login & Authentication
- More reliable login flow — Fixed issues where login redirects could overlap or fail, especially when multiple tabs were open or when returning to the app after a session timeout.
